Before you go
In this section you find useful information about your trip. Contact us if you have any questions. Detailed Terms and Conditions for your trip can be found here, and our mandatory waiver is found here. Note that the travel arrangements for travelling to the camp venue are your own responsibility. Any advice given by LadiesCamps is given AS IS and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. If anything in not to your satisfaction or if something happens during the camp you should bring that up directly with the Camp Director on site and without delay.
Unless explicitly stated in your travel documentation you must be prepared to share room with one, or a few, persons.
Should you have to cancel your trip the conditions for an eventual refund are set out in the detailed Terms and Conditions for your trip. You can, at your own expense, purchase additional insurance to cover cancellation costs. Talk to your insurance company about this.
We encourage you to carefully review the terms of your airline, train operator, etc. Since you might be bringing sporting equipment make sure that you have understood any restrictions and/or additional fees which might apply. Note also that luggage weight and size restrictions may vary. This is particularly important if you travel by air.
Your booking is only valid when you have paid the entire amount for the camp (see detailed Terms and Conditions). After we have received your payment we will send you a letter of confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received a letter of confirmation within two weeks of your booking send us a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org. Before the camp we send out a welcome letter and a camp program by e-mail. If you haven’t received this from us send us an e-mail and/or check the spam filter of your mailbox.
The preferred way for communicating with you is by e-mail. Make sure you provide us with a valid e-mail address at the time of your booking and check your mailbox regularly (including the spam filter). Should you have problems communicating via e-mail call us so that we arrange something else.
If you are interested in a special trip or event don’t hesitate to contact us.
We try to make the description of the accommodation as accurate possible. Should something be significantly different from what you reasonably can expect you should immediately bring this up with our Camp Director on site.
Number of participants
LadiesCamps reserve the right to cancel a camp should the number of participants be too low. The cancellation must be made no later than 15 days before the camp starts. Should this happen you get a full refund of the amount paid to LadiesCamps. No other compensation of any kind is made.
Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a special request in connection with your camp. We try to do our best to accommodate all requests. We cannot, however, guarantee that we can help you and sometimes we may not be able to give you an answer before the camp starts.
All our customers and campers are requested to have appropriate travel insurance for their trip with LadiesCamps. Citizens of member states of the European Union have right to medical care in other member states. Remember to bring your EU medical insurance card.
